The development of Westbrook is managed by the Dennis Family Corporation through DFC (Westbrook) Pty Ltd on behalf of the landowners.

Over that time, Dennis Family Corporation has created masterplanned residential communities for many thousands of people across an extensive portfolio of projects located within metro and regional Victoria and South East Queensland.
