This offer is valid from 1st November 2024 until 5PM AEST 31st Jauary 2025. In order to be eligible clients must pay an initial $500 deposit on the build by the end of the promotion period. The $10,000 promotion will be applied at the time of sales submission as a discount to the base price of the home.
