Say Hi To Our Sales Team - Cheryl and Levan
Westbrook’s sales office is currently open for online appointments only, but Cheryl and Levan would welcome your call or email and look forward to meeting new clients and catching up with old friends when the sales office opens again. In the meantime we thought you might like to know a bit about our fabulous new team…
CHERYL:
If you feel like you have already met Westbrook’s new sales consultant, Cheryl Pearson, it could be more than her friendly, welcoming nature creating this impression.
“I was one of Westbrook’s original consultants when we launched the estate in 2015,” Cheryl explains. “I’ve been working for Dennis Family Corporation (DFC) for seven years now. As well as launching Westbrook, I launched Modeina estate and most recently have been working at Donnybrae.”
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Cheryl has 20 years of professional experience spanning residential real estate sales and land sales, however it is land sales that she is passionate about and is ready and eager to help especially in these unprecedented times.
Levan:
Levan Lu is an experienced estate agent who has worked in land sales for the past 15 years and was selling established homes for the 9 years prior. It seems a far cry from selling wholesale seafood, where her career began, however Levan is adamant there are similarities.
“It’s all about sales,” she laughs.
“I’ve always had a passion for selling and an interest in building homes, but I entered real estate by chance,” she continues. “A family member who worked in real estate suggested I would be good at it. I enrolled in a course and never looked back!”
Levan is really enjoying the friendly environment at DFC.
“They look after you like you are part of the family,” she enthuses. “Everyone is very supportive and welcoming. That’s why so many staff have been with the company for a long time.”
When it comes to selling land at Westbrook, Levan believes it is easy to demonstrate the estate’s appeal.
“I love Westbrook’s masterplan. It’s a premium estate that is so well designed around the existing waterways and established amenities, and it is well serviced by public transport.”
