We know an important factor for many families deciding where to build their forever home, is the ability to access great schools in their local area.
So, we are delighted to announce the approval of a Government Secondary School at Westbrook, currently named Truganina North Secondary School, with the first stage of a proposed two-campus secondary school forecast to open in 2024. Once all stages are completed the school will accommodate 2,200 students across both campuses.
The Westbrook Team are proud to announce the opening of the Morris Rd/ Leakes Rd intersection to facilitate traffic flows into the Westbrook Estate, concluding all civil construction.
The landscape works are now underway and when completed in November 2020 will conclude the $13M Leakes Rd Duplication works fronting Westbrook Estate.
Furthermore, the $16M Morris Rd Grade Separation Overpass ( bridge over the regional rail) has commenced the design phase with construction due to commence in October 2020 with completion early 2022.
