TERMS & CONDITIONS - $10K OFF AUGUST PROMOTION^

This offer is valid from 1st AUGUST 2024 until 5PM AEST 30th SEPTEMBER 2024. In order to be eligible clients must pay an initial $3,000 deposit on the build by the end of the promotion period. The $10,000 promotion will be applied at the time of sales submission as a discount to the base price of the home.
