It’s time to shine the light on another 2022 Westbrook Community Fund grant recipient.
Part of Australia’s National Community Hubs Program, the Doherty’s Creek Community Hub was established in 2019 and is a place where local families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds can come to connect with other mums, families and with local services and support.
2022 has been an interesting year! For some it has been an extremely challenging year and for others it has been a year of helping others and being there for those that need a hand. This Christmas, Westbrook would like to recognise those that have had challenges and those that have spread kindness, compassion, and friendship to others.

This year’s presentation evening was held at the Dennis Family Corporation’s Westbrook estate in Truganina, with Dennis Family Corporation CEO, Peter Levinge on hand to congratulate each of the not-for-profit groups that successfully applied.
Tarneit-based charity JET Helping Hands will soon have a food truck ready to serve those in need in the local community thanks to a recent grant from the Westbrook Community Fund.
JET Helping Hands President and Director, Satya Ramadugu says the $1500 grant provided by the Dennis Family Corporation through its Westbrook Community Fund will enable the finishing touches to be completed to the construction of the food truck.
“We are extremely grateful to the Dennis Family Corporation and the Westbrook estate for making this grant possible,” Satya comments.
