It’s time to check in with another member of the Westbrook Sale Team and find out what they’ve got planned for the upcoming Christmas holiday period!
Sales Consultant, Sam Hewa, moved into his current at the Westbrook Land Sales Office mid-way through last year, after a stint at Donnybrae, another Dennis Family Corporation residential land development in Melbourne’s north. Since then he has well and truly established himself as a valued and popular member of the Westbrook Sales Team.
Christmas is shaping up to be a relaxing time for Sam and family.
We’d like to introduce, Joanne Camozzato, Principal of Truganina’s new Bemin Secondary College.
Putting a great education literally on the doorstep of the estate’s growing number of families, the Junior Campus (years 7 – 9) will be located at 30 Everton Road and will be home to 600 junior students once the first stage of the school is complete. The new Senior Campus (years 10 – 12) just down the road at 805 Morris Road, will accommodate up to 800 students!
For anyone with a growing family – or thinking about starting one, living in close proximity to good schools, kindergarten, and childcare centres, are a significant factor in deciding where to buy and build.
At Westbrook that decision is about to be made even easier, with not just one, but two new schools – Warreen Primary School and Bemin Secondary College, about to open down the road in 2024 – adding to the already extensive line-up of great schools right on the estate’s doorstep!
One of Melbourne’s newer suburbs, Tarneit is already home to more than 50,000 people, and still growing fast. It is easy for residents to commute into work as it is a short 27-minute train ride into the CBD.
There are plenty of great reasons to live here, and last month, The Age revealed data indicating that Tarneit might be the state’s happiest suburb. At the very least, it might accommodate the state’s most mentally healthy residents and many locals are not surprised.
Recently we spoke to Westbrook resident, Meenu, about her thoughts on Westbrook.
When choosing a new block to build your dream family home, comfort in your location is everything.
Living near a train line and the thought of the additional noise the area may bring, may deter potential home buyers from looking, but for now established Westbrook resident Prabhjeet and his family, the required building regulations provide more benefits than drawbacks.
Getting involved is at the core of a community. No one understands this better than Graeme Clark, President of the Suns Football Netball Club. As a key member of the Westbrook community, he’s responsible for managing and recruiting all teams.
Coming off a successful year, in which two Football & Netball teams made finals, Graeme is looking forward to garnering more support for the club with updated facilities, and a new batch of recruits.
