An IT professional, Girish currently lives in Melbourne’s Blackburn with his wife and two children. Second-time home buyers, the couple secured their lot at Westbrook in November last year, and they are still undecided whether to build and move in or treat the house as investment property. However, given that Girish really loves the area, they are seriously thinking of relocating!
Paul Melideo, Westbrook’s Senior Project Manager, explains what happens once you buy your lot and before your title issues, and also how residential land developments come to life.
Ever wondered about how residential estates come to life? Or what actually happens between the time you purchase your lot off a plan until your title finally issues? Well, we thought we’d ask an expert to provide some answers to these questions and more.
Paul Melideo is the Senior Project Manager at Westbrook Estate.
Westbrook’s community is growing by the day, with over 222 lots now sold in 2021!
This month we chat with brand-new resident, Praveen Koganti.
Second-home buyer, Praveen, works as a Sourcing Manager at a Bank in Docklands, while his wife, Santi, works in Aged Care. The couple currently in Truganina with their young daughter and purchased land in Stage 54 in December last year. Keen to move to a bigger home, they couldn’t be more excited about the recent purchase of their house and land package at the estate!
Westbrook’s sales office is currently open for online appointments only, but Cheryl and Levan would welcome your call or email and look forward to meeting new clients and catching up with old friends when the sales office opens again. In the meantime we thought you might like to know a bit about our fabulous new team…
