new sales consultant, Liliana Fierro-Martinez. Originally from
Columbia, Liliana is now a proud Melburnian who is thrilled to be
back working in the city’s expanding Western suburbs.
A qualified real estate representative, Liliana moved to Australia
12 years ago and has spent the last 7 years working in real estate
sales. Always ready to greet with a smile and a warm welcome,
meet the Westbrook Sales Consultant and learn what she thinks
makes Westbrook special.
Outside work, Liliana enjoys spending time with her 10 year old
daughter, Gabriele, and catches the occasional Bachata dance class
when she can. We asked her about her work with Dennis Family
Corporation and what she likes most about the local community
around Westbrook.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED WITH DENNIS
FAMILY CORPORATION?
I’ve now been working with Dennis Family Corporation for
almost 10 months.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER OF THE
WESTBROOK SALES TEAM?
I’ve been a member of the Westbrook team for just over 2 months.
WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
It’s the feeling that I get when I know I have helped a family find
their dream block of land, and just seeing the happiness light up
their faces.
WHAT ARE THE BEST THINGS ABOUT WESTBROOK?
Westbrook is one of the most established projects I’ve ever
worked on and it truly has so much to offer! It’s beautifully
landscaped, in a great location and surrounded by amenity.
The range of lot sizes and different prices also means that
it appeals to different budgets, whether you’re a first home
buyer, second home buyer, family or an investor.
Westbrook also has a really vibrant future, with a proposed
Secondary school, sporting fields, parks, and future town
centre, surrounded by great facilities, all of which add up to a
fantastic lifestyle readily accessible to all our residents.
WHO WILL WESTBROOK MOST APPEAL TO?
Westbrook has always appealed to buyers who really
understand the value of a residential community that is very
well designed, in a great location, with many established and
proposed amenities and a strong community orientation.
WHAT SETS WESTBROOK APART FROM OTHER
ESTATES NEARBY?
Westbrook is by far the best designed residential estate I have seen in Melbourne’s Western corridor
and possesses all the ingredients essential to deliver a successful, thriving community.
FAVOURITE PLACES TO EAT IN AND AROUND WESTBROOK
The local area has some fantastic Indian restaurants for a proper night out, and one of my absolute
favourites Kasba Indian Restaurant on Leakes Road, Truganina. But for a quick catch up with friends
over coffee, I’d definitely recommend Mezzanine Cafe and Lounge, a little further along Leakes Road
in Tarneit.
FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO NEAR WESTBROOK?
There are so many fantastic things to do in and around the City of Wyndham, but some of my favourite
places to visit are the RAAF Museum at Point Cook, and the Victoria State Rose Garden and Werribee
Open Range Zoo, both at Werribee Park.
