Tarneit is the proud owner of a brand-spanking new Kmart.
The new store will open this Wednesday, at 8am.
The new store will boast a brand new layout with all the trimmings - homewares, kids, clothing and more.
Reports the self-serve check outs will be central, aisles will be wider for pram and wheelchair access and navigation is at the top of the priority list.
The new store will also provide new employment opportunities for the area, with 120 members who will be on deck from 7:30am on opening day for a ceremony.
